Tucked away in the small village of Knowle, just over a mile from Braunton with a fabulous choice of pubs, restaurants and shops, The Retreat offers a perfect base to enjoy the fabulous beaches and stunning scenery of North Devon. Set alongside the owners own home, every thought has been given to your comfort and guests are made very welcome. The attractive modern dining kitchen with wonderful views over the countryside is perfect for leisurely breakfasts whilst planning the day ahead. A stylish and cosy living room has patio doors into a sun lounge with comfy wicker chairs opening onto the completely private and fully enclosed rear terrace. Here guests can enjoy a barbecue, relax in the sun or wind down with a glass of wine in the evening. Younger members of the family are free to share the owners own garden complete with trampoline and play equipment. At the end of the day snuggle down in two beautifully presented bedrooms both served by a modern family bathroom. A popular pub serving a good choice of menu is just a short stroll away. However you like to spend your days, surfing, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the beach, this delightful retreat is great to come home to.
