This pretty thatched property is in a delightful rural location yet within walking distance of the Broadland village of Ludham.

Ludham is a pretty Broadland village between Wroxham and Potter Heigham. The village has a splendid flint church, shops and pubs. There are excellent walks in the area including nearby How Hill. Norwich and Great Yarmouth are both thirty minutes drive away. Boat enthusiasts will enjoy the sight of one of the last remaining wherries as well as the heritage sailing fleet based at Womack Staithe.

St Bennetts is a pretty, detached, thatched cottage situated in a quiet, rural location just one mile from the centre of Ludham village. It offers a large enclosed garden with views over the surrounding countryside. The accommodation retains original features whilst still offering modern facilities. With the Broads on your doorstep and the coast a short distance away, it is an ideal base for exploring the joys of the area; also an ideal base for fishermen to enjoy the many rivers and lakes.
