In an enviable location directly on the Marine Parade and enjoying fabulous views over the Torridge Estuary, South Corner is a delightful semi-detached cottage. The spacious living room features a wood burning stove and the light and bright conservatory style dining area is the perfect spot to linger over a meal, prepared in the attractive modern kitchen, as you watch the comings and goings of sailing boats from the nearby yacht club. Upstairs two stylish bedrooms benefit from the wonderful views with the twin having an ensuite shower room and the double served by a separate spacious modern bathroom. Outside a pretty patio with garden furniture offers the chance to relax and unwind and a large garage is available for secure storage of bikes and surfboards. It would be hard to find a more ideal spot in this popular village, with the Tarka Trail on your doorstep and the local store together with good quality restaurants serving locally caught seafood within a short stroll. Venturing further afield the spectacular beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe and the famous pebble ridge of Westward Ho! are all within easy reach.

Open plan Living/dining room with wood burning stove, TV with Freeview, DVD and stereo. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin with TV/DVD and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bathroom with fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Garden furniture. Parking for 2/3 cars (an additional space on the far right is for the use of the attached house) 2 pets welcome. No cot is provided; please bring your own travel cot. No smoking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
