The property is situated in a delightfully rural location near to the villages of Shipton under Wychwood and Leafield. The barn takes its name from the 'King John's Oak' which was said to be a rallying point for huntsmen in the Wychwood Forest. The property, modernised and full of character, has stunning views across open fields. This holiday cottage is likely to appeal to families looking to enjoy open space while having easy access to local amenities.  ACCOMMODATION:Door into Utility Room with washer/dryer. Sitting/Dining Room with comfortable sofas (one sofa bed*) TV with Freeview plus DVD Dining area with dining table and chairs. Opening into Kitchen, fully fitted & equipped with cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave.          Upstairs:Bedroom One with double bed with wardrobeShower Room adjacent with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom Two with twin beds that can be zipped together to make a large double with en-suite Bathroom with bath WC and washbasin.
