This welcoming and extremely comfortable property is decorated throughout in clean contemporary lines and sea views are enjoyed from almost every room. A spacious open plan living area with attractive fitted kitchen and comfy leather sofas opens onto a stunning glass fronted balcony ideal for relaxing in the sun while taking in those amazing views, or enjoying the spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine. A utility room and garage have bags of space for all of your things including surfboards. In a reverse style, the four lovely bedrooms on the lower ground floor, all with sea views and the master bedroom enjoying an ensuite shower room and patio doors out onto the terrace and garden. A beautiful conservatory, leading off one of the twin rooms, opens onto the mature landscaped gardens which are on several levels and together with a small lawn provide a lovely area for relaxing al fresco meals. The glorious three mile stretch of golden sandy beach and village centre with a great selection of shops, pubs and restaurants are just a ten minute stroll downhill. There are activities to suit the whole family in this popular area of North Devon and your first holiday in Cala Vista will most certainly be one of many.
