Equipped and finished to a very high standard this superb period property 200 yards from a sandy beach and estuary with quayside pubs and restaurants is situated in one of Devon s most prestigious locations and benefits from stunning river views. The North Devon Yacht Club is opposite allowing you to watch the boats come and go from your lounge window. Within a short drive is a wealth of popular safe sandy beaches and attractions to suit all ages. Take a riverside walk to the market town of Bideford with a choice of shops and pubs pannier market and open-air markets. North Devon s coastline is never far away and Westward Ho! beach is 5 minutes drive offering 2 miles of golden sands popular with bathers and surfers. Horse riding and tennis are available and the South West Coast Path offers breathtaking cliff-top views. Cyclists and ramblers will love the famous disused railway line The Tarka Trail which is 10 yards from the property. Explore the rugged beauty of Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks.
