Further afield is the village of Newton Ferrers with its vibrant harbour, you can enjoy a drink and watch the boats sail by. There are also a wealth of trips and activities nearby, including National Trust properties, Woodlands Adventure Park and the historic Burgh Island, reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in.
