CHARACTER PROPERTY JUST 5 MILES FROM NEWQUAY This wonderful home has been renovated and finished to a high standard and offers comfortable accommodation for friends and families alike. The property is situated just a short drive from the many attractions that North Cornwall has to offer. The enviable coastline offers a large choice of golden sandy beaches which are aptly named the "Seven Bays for Seven Days" along with many quaint and picturesque fishing villages. The popular destination of Padstow is renowned for its Rick Steins fish restaurants, boutique shops, and picturesque harbour and just a 15 minute drive away is Watergate Bay where you can experience Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Restaurant and explore the adventurous activities that the Extreme Academy has to offer. For the more active and adventurous types, then the Camel Trail is ideal for walking or cycling and is within easy reach from the property, or alternatively you can arrange for a day of fishing at the owners private lake. The Eden Project and the Tate Gallery in St Ives are also worth a visit and make an enjoyable day out for the whole family. In the evening, the area offers a variety of places to eat from seafront restaurants to countryside pubs to suit all tastes. This spacious property is full of character and offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 doubles (spacious with limited headroom in places), 1 twin bedroom and 1 single which is recommended for a child.
