The perfect getaway for discerning visitors to explore beautiful Exmoor or simply just relax. There is an abundance of coastal and moorland walks right on the doorstep. You will be within a short distance of The Valley of the Rocks the beautiful waterfalls of Watersmeet Woody Bay Heddons Mouth and the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway which takes you to the picturesque harbour of Lynmouth. The property offers FOUR bedrooms: spread over 3 floors 1 master double offering en-suite shower room and WC on the first floor. 1 further double with en-suite shower and WC 2 twin bedrooms. Bathroom: bath with WC situated on the second floor. Separate downstairs WC. Lounge: located on the first floor with comfortable seating woodburner flatscreen TV DVD CD and SkyTV. Kitchen/diner: situated on the ground floor with integrated oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Utility room: separate with football table. Outside: enclosed with patio garden furniture BBQ and a grassed area. There is also access to a separate paddock that offers meadow land bordered by the stream and established woodland.
