SPACIOUS COTTAGE IN PEACEFUL VILLAGE LOCATION WITH LOVELY GARDEN AREA - SLEEPS 8 1 Set in the lovely village of Littleham this property has been carefully restored to include exposed beams and a double sided woodburner to keep guests warm and cosy in the winter. Located in the village within walking distance of the village pub and a 10 minute drive to the stunning coastline and cliff-top walks of North Devon.The market town and historic maritime port of Bideford is 3.5 miles away and offers a selection of shops restaurants and pubs. The village is ideally situated close to many attractions such as the gardens at RHS Rosemoor Dartington Crystal and Tapeley Park. Also close by are the villages of Clovelly Westward Ho! and Appledore. Games room: with table football located off the kitchen in a separate building. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms all on the first floor with TVs: 1 king-size (with Z bed suitable for a small child) en-suite shower and WC; 1 twin and 1 cosy double room accessed by a step and 1 twin zip-and-link bed (that can be made into a double on request).
