It is a few minutes walk to all amenities. The house has lovely sea and estuary views from all the windows where you can see the many yachts tall ships and fishing boats coming and going from the nearby harbour and marina. Relax in the large bright sitting room enjoying the stunning views across the estuary or enjoy the many attractions which Falmouth has to offer which includes restaurants family pubs specialist shops art galleries National Maritime Museum Pendennis Castle wide sandy beaches and coves leisure and fishing trips all a short walk away.
