Standing in a beautiful rural location overlooking the owners chickens geese and horses it is the perfect countryside retreat. Quietly situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Corpusty which boasts its own art gallery open all hours store and a pub serving good food. Enjoy a walk in the water meadows abundant with wildlife. Within easy distance for enjoyable days out are the coastal villages of Blakeney Wells and Holkham with their sandy beaches and salt marshes offering bird watching crabbing from the quay and boat trips to see the seals. The North Norfolk Railway runs from the traditional seaside town of Sheringham which also has an indoor aqua centre whilst the Bure Valley Railway takes visitors to Wroxham on the Norfolk Broads. The summer Cromer Carnival is great fun. Nearby National Trust properties include Blickling Felbrigg Sheringham Park and Kelling Heath for woodland walks. The barns are well positioned for the Georgian market town of Holt with its traditional bakers butchers antique shops restaurants and tearooms.
