It has been sympathetically modernised and is welcoming and cosy with homely touches. The cottage is 5 miles from the centre of Perth which offers an excellent selection of shops and restaurants quaint pubs beautiful parks concert hall cinema galleries and museums. There is a huge choice of local activities including walking cycling golf angling sailing and winter sports. Explore the Highland lochs and glens the fishing villages of the east coast or venture west to the rugged scenery of The Trossachs and Loch Lomond National Park. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size 1 double and single bed and 1 single bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Lounge: with multi fuel-fire SkyTV and broadband.
