Right outside your front door a footpath leads to Breney Common Nature Reserve with ponds wildlife and some of the finest walks and bridle paths including the Saints Way. A short drive from the property is the Eden Project a unique mixture of education and exploration renowned as the Eighth Wonder of the World and the Lost Gardens of Heligan both of which are a must-see when visiting the area. Centrally located in a very peaceful area makes this the ideal spot to explore this unique peninsula with popular destinations such as the surf capital Newquay and the delightful village of Padstow (12 miles) with Rick Stein s seafood restaurants. The more sedate south coast with its quaint fishing villages of Polperro and Mevagissey together with hidden coves is 6 miles. The picture postcard harbour of Fowey is a short drive offering a selection of shops pubs and restaurants that are famed for serving the fresh catch off the boat.
