ATTRACTIVE BARN COUNTRYSIDE LOCATION YET EASY DRIVE TO BEACHES AND ATTRACTIONS This delightful detached single storey barn has been tastefully converted to a high standard throughout nestling in the humble countryside with views over the rolling fields. An ideal base for families or couples alike. Within a short drive of some of the most popular sandy surfing beaches in the county there is much to see and do. Croyde Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are famous for their golden sand and surf and there are also villages and towns such as Ifracombe Lynton and Lynmouth with their harbours and fishing trips. Other attractions well worth a visit include National Trust Arlington Court Marwood Gardens Watermouth Castle and The Valley of the Rocks to name a few. Walkers will enjoy strolling the countryside around the property and there is also Exmoor which is very accessible by car and famed for its beauty and wildlife. The regional town of Barnstaple has a range of leisure facilities including swimming pool tennis theatre and cinema. There are pubs which serve food with the nearest in the next village approximately 2 miles. Relax in the enclosed garden or enjoy a glass of wine on the patio and breathe in the countryside air. The accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with oak flooring and exposed beams throughout and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with TV/DVD en-suite shower over bath and WC and 1 zip-and-link twin (which can be made into a king-size on request) with TV/DVD en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge: with oak flooring exposed beams and enjoys a woodburner (logs included) TV DVD hi-fi and patio doors leading out on the patio area with seating. Kitchen/diner: accessed via one step up from the lounge with slate work tops Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob American style fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine and tumble dryer in a seperate cupboard. Outside: large enclosed garden and patio area with BBQ and views over the countryside. Amenities: private off-road parking for 3 cars.
