LOVELY DETACHED BUNGALOW WITH FABULOUS VIEWS DIRECTLY OVER WIDEMOUTH BAY AND THE SEA BEYOND USE OF SWIMMING POOL AND FACILITIES AT NEARBY FARM In an unrivalled position this lovely detached bungalow has far-reaching views over the sea and sandy beach. Enjoy the sunsets and watching the surf from the window or lovely walks directly from the property. Widemouth Bay is a well-known surfing beach as well as being perfect for bathing and sand castle building. The regional town of Bude is a 5 minute drive and offers pubs shops restaurants canal ten-pin bowling and Splashpool. You will be ideally based for touring the whole of Cornwall with attractions including The Milky Way The Eden Project Launceston Steam Railway and many more. In the evenings there are a choice of family pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The owner s farm is 0.5 mile up the road and you will be welcome to feed the animals around the farmyard swim in the pool (available from Whitsun May Bank Holiday to late September) play tennis or make use of the play area. The spacious accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 2 doubles with additional single beds (1 room has a TV). Bathroom: with shower over and WC. Lounge/diner: with open fire flatscreen TV and DVD. Kitchen: with cooker dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. Garage for storing surfboards etc. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric and night storage heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. 1 dog by arrangement. Location: beach shop and pub all a short walk. Arrival 3pm.
