Positioned in an elevated position the cottage takes full advantage of the far reaching countryside views offering a perfect rural retreat. The cottage is a short walk to The Luxulyan Valley a walkers paradise with its public paths and woodland treks to explore. The beach at Par is 10 minutes by car and leads to several other sandy beaches and secluded coves. You will be ideally based for exploring the south coast of Cornwall with The Eden Project 3 miles the beautiful waterfront at Fowey 5 miles with its wealth of shops and eateries or catch the ferry to the pretty harbour of Looe. The market town of St Austell is within easy reach as well as the old charming town of Lostwithiel Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties and gardens all within easy reach. Leisure facilities: shared indoor heated swimming pool with changing rooms plus a children s play area with swings slide and climbing frame. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with countryside views and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC. On the ground floor is a further shower room with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV DVD woodburner (first basket of logs included) French doors opening onto a patio area that boasts fabulous views.
