Located just outside the hamlet of London Apprentice approximately 4 miles south of St Austell you will be ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall where there are a wealth of popular attractions including The Eden Project the Tall Ships at Charlestown The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens to name but a few. The local beach of Pentewan is a 10 minute drive and the quaint old fishing village of Mevagissey is 4 miles away where there are many good restaurants craft shops and pubs.
