This tranquil setting has picturesque views over the river Deer (which forms the border between Devon and Cornwall) and the rolling countryside. Explore the farm river and the bluebell woods spectacular in Spring. Fishing nearby on River Tamar from owners property but weekly permit must be obtained locally. Ideally suited for the beaches of Bude and Widemouth Bay visit the picturesque villages of Clovelly and Boscastle. Walk the North Cornwall coast path or moorlands for their breathtaking scenery visit one of the many houses gardens and attractions or even try your hand at windsurfing and sailing on a choice of lakes approximately 20 minutes drive. Play facilities: large enclosed trampoline. The spacious split-level barn is arranged over three floors and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double downstairs and a 3 bunk bedroom upstairs.
