Appledore offers numerous amenities for the visitor with family pubs a maritime museum and a varied selection of art and craft galleries. Enjoy a stroll through the narrow streets of this village which has remained unchanged for years. An idyllic seaside retreat for those who want to relax and enjoy a simpler pace of life however you are perfectly positioned for exploring the whole of North Devon with sandy beaches at Westward Ho! a few miles away all weather family fun at The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks RHS Rosemoor Gardens and walking and cycling on the nearby Tarka Trail.
