Set across the courtyard these cottages are perfect to let together with living space being very spacious and equipped for up to 6 people. Positioned within a rural hamlet perfect for those wanting peace and tranquillity with only a 15 minute drive to the centre of Barnstaple which has a vibrant array of leisure facilities and a huge selection of pubs restaurants and shops. Walking and cycling on the Tarka Trail is within easy reach. You will be ideally situated for touring all that the West country has to offer from the rugged landscapes of Dartmoor and Exmoor to breathtaking beaches and coastlines including Westward Ho! Croyde Saunton and renowned Woolacombe. For the golfers there are a number of nearby golf courses and driving ranges. Other interesting places nearby include Tapeley Park Cobbaton Combat Museum Dartington Crystal and Arlington Court. Further along the coast to Cornwall are the popular tourist destinations of The Eden Project Padstow and Newquay with their wealth of galleries restaurants picturesque harbours and beautiful golden sandy beaches. Outside: exclusive use of hot tub (if you are booking the property from end of November to end of March the hot tub will be available at a charge of 50 per week and 10 per night for short breaks payable at time of booking) with south facing enclosed decked area seating and BBQ perfect for an evening relaxing.
