There is a wide sandy beach where you can take advantage of the opportunity to laze about or participate in one of the many water sports activities. In the city you can visit the museum or Ephebe or one of the various districts of the city such as Rochelongue, with its wonderful view of the fort of Brescou. The district of La Roquille has a large beach and a park, and Les Falaises is a special district with volcanic rocks. The picturesque towns of Agde and Pezenas, with their lively market squares and cafes, are also worth a visit. Sete is a cozy larger port located on the Mediterranean Sea.
