In “Haute Corse”, south of Bastia, in the La Manara region, the lake of Chiurlinu (or the lake of Biguglia), the largest in Corsica, measuring around 1450 hectares, is linked to the sea by an estuary. This marks the beginning of the Lido de la Marana, a stretch of sand separating the lake from the sea. It covers a distance of nearly 10km.
The Residence is situated 11 km south of Bastia, on the edge of a fine sandy beach, in the heart of a 5-hectare pine forest. It is made up of semi-detached houses, scattered over a wooded park with direct access to the beach.
The apartments, which range from studio apartments for 2/3 persons to 3-room apartments with cabine for 6/8 persons, are all fully equipped including a kitchenette (fridge, electric hotplate, microwave/grill), a bathroom with toilet, and a terrace or balcony.
Furthermore, you have the following facilities at your disposal: two outdoor swimming pools, open according to weather conditions, two tennis courts and wireless internet at the reception or at the bar. In July/ August there is also beach volleyball, table tennis, a weight-lifting room and (for an extra fee) video games and billiards.
For an extra charge you can use the launderette.
