Pont du Tarn holiday park is located in the heart of the Cevennes. This complex consists of 60 ground floor apartments spread among small groups of buildings. Situated in a wooded area of 5 ha, 2 km from the village of Florac, facilities include a library, TV room, free WiFi, table tennis, sports fields, jeu de boules area, playground, laundry, swimming pool with child pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), municipal tennis courts, a bakery (open during French school holidays), a barbecue and parking area. The municipal tennis courts are located next to the park and are not free. For children there are various child / youth clubs depending on age, ranging from 6 to 17 years. For adults there are regularly organized excursions and evening programs. For an extra fee you can book a linen set, bathroom set and/or final cleaning. You can also register to receive a free baby kit (bed, bath, highchair). Extra packages are to be paid on the spot. The town of Sigean is situated between the Mediterranean Sea and several lagoons. This holiday park lies just 300 meters from this town, has an area of 2 ha. and contains 43 accommodations. Facilities include a reading area, TV room, game room with table tennis and table football, sports grounds for volleyball, football, badminton and bowls, tennis court (equipment can be borrowed), barbecue, free WiFi area, laundry facilities and parking. The pool is open from early April until the end of September. The child pool is open from July to mid-September. For children there are youth clubs ranging in age from 3 to 14, not to mention other children to play with. There is also entertainment for parents including excursions and evening programs. A beautiful resort located just 4 kilometers from the 7-kilometer-long sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. The holiday park has lush vegetation and offers a magnificent view of the massif des Alberes. The park is located in a residential zone and is spread over a 2.5 hectare site. There are no cars allowed in the park. You can park your car at the entrance to the park. There is no public transport in the immediate vicinity. The pool (in season) is heated to 22 degrees. There is a separate children's pool for toddlers. You can use the massage for a small fee. There is a sports ground for volleyball and boules. There is a table tennis table, a playground for children and an arcade that is open in season. Also in the peak season evening entertainment is provided three times a week. During the peak season the bar is open and meals can be obtained. Throughout the year sandwiches, croissants and other delicacies are available in the park. There is a laundry facility with a washing machine and dryer. In the nearby town you can soak up plenty of the typical Catalan atmosphere. The Spanish border is about 30 kilometers away.
