Situated in the Torrs and overlooking the sea and the town of Ilfracombe, this delightfully refurbished, detached house has all the makings for a great holiday. Seaholm is laid out over three floors and has been adapted to make the most of its location. From the living room on the top floor, there are lovely views over the Bristol Channel and from the enclosed rear garden and balconies there are bird’s eye views of Ilfracombe and its famous landmarks. The house is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a 32-inch LCD TV and Gilchrist and Soames toiletries in every bathroom to ensure a relaxing holiday at any time of year. The location is a great base from which to explore the stunning North Devon coastline and countryside. Seaholm lies within easy walking distance of the harbour area and the surrounding cafes, restaurants and pubs. Ilfracombe is the ‘jewel’ of the North Devon Coast and a remarkable location for romantic getaways, family holidays or activity breaks. Ilfracombe centre is also within walking distance, and attractions worth visiting in the area include Ilfracombe’s harbour and tunnel beaches, Exmoor National Park, Lynton, Lynmouth and the beaches at Saunton and Woolacombe.
