This cosy little pied offers bright and modern accommodation and is just the ticket for a couple searching for the perfect getaway in Galloway! Samian Place is so well placed in the village of Kirkpatrick Durham, which is only a mile from the main road, ensuring easy access in every direction. The views over the garden from the first floor open plan lounge to the hills of Screel and Bengairn beyond are lovely. For keen walkers, the hill of Screel is a must and although not a great height there are wonderful views across the Solway to the Cumbrian Fells and towards the Galloway Hills. The latter are also highly recommended for keen ramblers.
