Adjoining the owners’ home and working farm it makes a year round delightfully appointed haven for beach lovers bird watchers and walkers alike – dolphins seals and red kites are all spotted in the locality. A leisure centre with swimming pool and shopping including for antiques are available in Newcastle Emlyn (4 miles) and magnificent sandy beaches the Heritage Coast path the Oakwood and Folly theme parks cheese and chocolate farms a steam railway and boat trips are all found nearby as are fishing riding water sports canoeing golf and even dry skiing.
