Set in the pretty hamlet of St Ewe, just 1½ miles from the Lost Gardens of Heligan, this holiday property has been refurbished with taste and flair and typifies the very word ‘English’. One of a pair, it lies a short drive from the fishing village of Megavissey, with its narrow streets, quaint shops and restaurants. Sandy beaches abound in this delightful area (including Gorran Haven, Pentewan and Portmellon), as well as good walking and a wealth of fine scenery along the South West Coastal Path. Shops 2 miles, pub 30 yards.

Fitted kitchen with Belfast sink, flagstone floor and door to decked courtyard. First floor: Double bedroom (6ft bed) with TV, high pitched ceiling, and exposed rafters. Two bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes; one double (6ft bed) and one single. All bedrooms with rugs on polished wooden floor. Bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet.
