Enjoying views (pictured) over open countryside it sits in the grounds of the owners' home where they run a small private livery yard. Just 2 miles away is the historic town of Battle and the beaches at Hastings and Bexhill are 8 miles. Picturesque Rye Bodiam and Pevensey Castles and Sissinghurst are all easily accessible. Pub serving food and shop 1½ miles.
