With a cottage garden to the front, it nestles in a peaceful hamlet, close to the market town of Pickering-home to the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway. Scarborough, with its white sandy beaches (Blue Flag) is a 20-minute drive, Castle Howard 12 miles, and Whitby 20 miles. Golf, fishing, cycling and walking are all popular locally. Shops 110 yards, pub ½ mile.
