Perfectly placed for exploring Brechfa the Brecon Beacons National Park and the sandy beaches of the Gower it sits close to Aberglasney Gardens (2 miles) and the National Botanic Gardens of Wales.
The surrounding area supports a wonderful variety of wildlife – the nearby Red Kite feeding station offers a stunning spectacle – and a host of family attractions including a Roman goldmine Pembrokeshire's lively theme parks and even a chocolate farm are all within an easy drive. Several good pubs and restaurants are found within 2 miles whilst Llandeilo (4 miles) boasts interesting small shops an antiques centre a castle and excellent fishing on the River Towy. Golf tennis and riding are available nearby.
