This charming detached former gardener's cottage is on a beautiful wooded half acre mature site, with distant views of Carrigaholt Bay - an idyllic tranquil setting, 2.5 miles from Carrigaholt village and 4.5 miles from Kilkee seaside resort. Carrigaholt with its beach and pier is popular for fishing with boat excursions to dolphin watch. Kilkee has an indoor splash world, cinema and diving centre. The cottage is delightful, tastefully furnished, with a feature stone fireplace. Its enclosed, landscaped gardens with a spring well, swing and small orchard are a joy. Shop. Pub. Restaurant 2½ miles. Beach 1320 yards. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, double, double with single, bathroom with shower over bath.
