Commanding delightful views across the Dee Valley (pictured) this spacious and very comfortable newly built cottage is accessed via a pretty drive alongside the Llangollen Canal. Its location is superb just 3 miles from bustling Llangollen town with its fine selection of independent shops restaurants pubs and great attractions including horse drawn canal boat trips historic steam railway journeys and narrow boat trips across the amazing Pontcysyllte aqueduct the highest and longest on the canal sysem. Fishing white water rafting kayaking golf walking climbing and abseiling are enjoyed locally. Spacious sitting/dining room with wood burning stove and patio doors to decked area. Conservatory. Spacious and well equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Double bedroom. Wet room/WC. First floor: Double bedroom and twin bedded room both with sloping ceilings.
