Blair Atholl is a historic village in Highland Perthshire and this charming, compact, timber cottage enjoys a peaceful secluded location tucked away off a quiet, residential street to the rear of the owner's house. It is the perfect spot for a relaxed and tranquil holiday amidst stunning scenery. The well-kept sheltered garden is very private and has a patio and garden furniture. The cottage is comfortably furnished in a simple traditional style, well maintained, cosy and welcoming. All accommodation is on the ground floor. Blair Castle, home to the Duke of Atholl, has magnificent grounds and is within walking distance and open to the public. For a shopping experience, visit the House of Bruar. At the gateway to the Cairngorm National Park, this area offers a wealth of activities including walking, climbing, angling, cycling, golf, sailing at Loch Tummel or Loch Faskally and winter sports at Aviemore or Glenshee. In the geographical centre of Scotland, this is an excellent touring base.
