GLORIOUS VIEWS OF THE SEA Situated in the heart of the popular village of Downderry, this detached house occupies an elevated position with far-reaching sea and coastline views. Enjoy the facilities the village has to offer with its pub, restaurant, shop and sandy beach being just a few minutes stroll away. This area is famed for its lovely scenery and keen walkers will enjoy the cliff-top walks of the Cornish coastal path. Travel further afield and enjoy the many attractions the area has to offer, including historic Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican, Theatre and National Marine Aquarium, less than 20 miles away. Other easily accessible attractions include numerous National Trust houses and gardens, The Eden Project, Bodmin Moor and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro. In the evenings relax on your own private balcony and enjoy the breathtaking views. The accommodation is approached by steps from the off-road parking bay and occupies the first and second floors of the house (there is a self-contained annexe on the ground floor with separate access). Most rooms have sea views and there are FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with TV, Freeview and en-suite shower over bath and WC, 1 twin and 2 singles. Bathroom: with mixer shower and WC. Lounge/diner: leading from the kitchen, large area with TV, Freeview, DVD and patio door to large balcony. Kitchen: well-equipped with breakfast bar, double oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional WC. Outside: leading off utility, small enclosed courtyard with seating. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels and night storage heating included. Regret no pets or smoking.
