AND LUNDY ISLAND This lovely detached single storey property is situated in one of North Devon's most prestigious roads and has far reaching unbroken panoramic views covering Bideford Bay, Lundy Island, Saunton and Appledore. A truly unique position within walking distance of the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho!, with its leisure facilities, pubs, restaurants and access to the National Trust coastal paths which can take you down into Cornwall. There is much to see and do in the area with numerous attractions including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island, Clovelly with its steep, stepped cobbled streets, and much more. In the evenings relax in the enclosed garden, the 2 decking areas or the large conservatory dining room which enjoys fabulous views. The spacious accommodation has lovely views from many of the rooms and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with shower room and WC with its own lounge area. 1 further double and 1 twin.
