LARGE GARDENS AND WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF TORQUAY, SLEEPS 2 + 2 This annexe to the owners home is situated at the rear of this imposing Victorian house and within easy walking distance of the beach and the many exciting attractions Torquay has to offer. Visitors to Brierley are only a stroll from the beautiful and hidden village of Cockington with its well known pub and tea rooms. Enjoy a horse and carriage ride around the leafy lanes or stroll through the wooded valley down to the seafront. An array of places to visit for all ages and tastes. Tor Abbey is worth a visit, as is the marina where you can watch the yachts, hop on a river cruise or have a go at river or sea fishing on one of the many boat trips on offer. Visitors can enjoy the sandy beach at Torquay or explore and find one of the many smaller beaches and coves nearby. The property has the use of a large lawned garden as well as a small but sunny patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Play facilities: swing and slide are located on the lawn. The well-equipped and furnished accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with washbasin, TV, DVD and en-suite shower room with heated towel rail.
